What I Love about Rose? — This Week’s Herb Feature
I’m sharing what I love most about working with rose… not just as a flower, but as an embodied experience of the heart.
There is something instantly softening about rose. You can just feel it!
The aroma alone opens the chest, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeper, and feel.
Rose carries a gentle, nurturing medicine.
It’s rich in vitamin C, supporting the immune system and skin health, while also working on a more subtle level — helping to open the heart, soothe emotional tension, and bring you back into your feminine essence.
What I love about rose is this:
It reminds you that softness is strength.
In a world that often pulls us into doing, pushing, and holding it all together… rose invites you to soften. To receive. To reconnect with your heart and your natural rhythm.
When we use the medicine to its fullest, we’re not just consuming an herb…We’re allowing it to shape how we feel, move, and show up.
This week, rose felt like a return to the heart.
How I upgrade my coffee...
A Simple Morning Ritual I Love
Rose-Infused Honey:
• 1/4 cup dried rose petals
• 1 cup natural, local honey
Place both in a small mason jar and let sit overnight.
In the morning, strain into a clean jar, seal, and label.
I love adding one teaspoon of this rose-infused honey to my morning coffee — a simple way to bring a little softness and beauty into the day.
I offer personalized, curated one-on-one healing experiences in your home — designed to support your body, mind, and spirit in a deeply intentional way.
