What is SHAPES?
Shapes is a low-impact, full-body workout blending Pilates, Barre, and Power Yoga with modern music, using small, controlled movements to sculpt, strengthen, and improve flexibility, alignment, and core stability for all fitness levels. It's designed to build strength and muscle endurance through high-repetition, isolated movements, using equipment like sliders and bands, offering an intense workout without heavy weights.
