Help to spread the word! Come have some fun with us on November 26th. Event is FREE for all members and guests. All evening group classes will be cancelled to make room for this once-a-year group fitness event. If you are a member of Cypress Fitness 24/7 you will have access to North Cypress Fitness on the evening of the 26th to enjoy this event.

Tomorrow is the last day of our food drive for Our Daily Bread. If you are making plans to make a trip to the grocery today, grab a few extra cans or items to drop off at North Cypress Fitness. Or maybe you are clearing out your pantry and looking for a place to donate those extra items that you forgot that you purchased 6 months ago?

The time has once again come! Our annual Spokes & Hopes bike drive has officially begun. If you wish to donate a new bike you can stop by North Cypress Fitness before month's end. If you wish to make a financial donation to go towards new bike purchases you can do so at the front desk. And as always, members are more than welcome to charge their donation to their club account. Thank you in advance for being the best members in the world and giving back to our community.
