It's official! The first group of NEW Precor treadmills will be arriving this Friday at North Cypress Fitness. 16 Precor TRM 831 machines will be arriving Friday with Precor Slat treadmills arriving within the next few weeks.

Yep! The time has already come and Summer Camp Registration at North Cypress Fitness is set! Camp Registration begins on March 2nd. You will want to mark your calendar as last year the camp was filled with a waiting list. Be sure to guarantee the weeks that you wish for your child to attend the area's BEST summer camp by registering early.

Attention Group Ex Members:
We have been working on a solution in finding a way to fix the issues with the rubber grips on the bottom of some of our steps and risers in our main studio. While these steps are relatively new, they are used alot by our incredible members. We have tried replacing with new grips without much luck. So we decided on option #2 ...... NEW steps! We have ordered new steps as well as risers to replace the ones that we have been having issues with. The New steps and risers will be arriving on Monday.

As expected, we were extremely busy yesterday with the first day of early Registration for The Tangi Titans. Pretty excited about the excitement around the club about The Tangi Titans. Early Registration for North Cypress Fitness members will last through this Friday and will open to non members on Saturday. Don't wait as the team will most certainly fill up. Coach Romayne has been busy meeting Titan's parents this morning. Be sure to stop by this evening to register your future little Olympic Swimmer for the Tangi Titans at North Cypress Fitness.

Attention Members:
We are doing a deep clean on all rubber flooring in The U.P. Training Center and Free Weight areas from 8 p.m. - 3 a.m. this evening. Due to the possibility of flooring on 2nd floor still being slightly damp, we will be closing the Training Center (2nd floor) until 8 a.m. on Monday to keep all members safe. The stairs will be blocked off. Please do not remove caution tape from stairs.
