My educational and professional background is in Business and Banking. My family and I took a leap of faith and moved to Maine in 2019. Although I was a woman of devout faith, I never expected the spiritual awakening that came with this transition. I began to experience a profound connection to God, nature, and most importantly, to my authentic soul. I began to accept that my tumultuous winding path and experiences were exactly what I needed to get me to where I am today, a sound healing practitioner. This new path was inspired by my son's personal healing journey through the sound of a singing bowl. My soul led me to a place where I saw my first singing bowl and brought it home with me. I never imagined that such a simple bowl would forever change my life. This bowl brought light and peace into our 16 yr old son, who had struggled emotionally and mentally for many years. We both experienced a liberation from inner darkness, lit by sound, igniting spiritual awareness and inner bliss. One bowl led to 17 crystal quartz and alchemy singing bowls. When these bowls came into our life, the transformations were exponential! In 2021-2022, a span of 12 months, I have trained in Crystal Bowl Mastery Level 1 and Level 2 with healing music artist Ashana , earned a Sound Therapy Certification from IOCE, which was science based, and am a certified yoga teacher (trained at BLOOM School of Therapeutic Arts @ The Riverwalk Center in Newport, ME ). Through my sound healing sessions, I bring harmonic frequencies of Divine love and peace that assist in bringing higher vibrations into your physical realm by releasing doubt, fear, stress, and pain with the crystalline healing sounds. These therapies have been life altering for my family and me. I am looking forward to sharing them with you so that you may experience all their healing benefits. Additionally, I received training as a LifeBreath Facilitator with Beth Bielat of Andover, ME, Reiki Level I and Level II practitioner /Usui Shiki Ryoho trained by Dawn Wilbur/ Reiki Master Teacher in Bangor ME.
