And heeeeere's the schedule for this week! We have all of your favorites, as well as a new sure-to-be favorite: Kate is refocusing her Thursday morning yoga class to become Yoga for Bones and Balance. This class will be an all-levels, supportive class focusing on yoga postures that are known to improve strength, stability, posture, and flexibility while helping to support and enhance bone health. Using mindful movement, breath work, balancing and strengthening postures, this class is ideal for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners looking to move with greater confidence, ease, and awareness. 🍥
