If you're starting your fitness journey, I want to give you this 1️⃣ suggestion:
FIND A WAY TO MOVE YOUR BODY THAT YOU TRULY ENJOY✨️
If you find something you love to do, it makes it so much easier to remain consistent. You don’t have to be perfect at doing it. You just have to enjoy doing it so much that you look forward to doing it again and again.
I tell my clients, "I'll take consistency over perfection 8 days a week!"
I fell in love with kettlebells the first time I used them. I quickly acquired a small family of my own bells and could be found playing with them on ny "rest days" just so that I could improve my skills.
The complex in this video was part of the training block last month. Last month I used double 16kg (35 lb) bells every time I trained this complex. Yesterday, I had some time between clients and decided to try it with double 18kg (40lb) bells. I had already completed my training hours earlier. I just really love moving with bells. It isn't something I HAVE to do. It's something I GET to do.
Find a way you enjoy moving your body and become consistent at practicing that skill! You'll be amazed at the way that practice transforms your body and mind!
