If you're starting your fitness journey, I want to give you this 1️⃣ suggestion:

FIND A WAY TO MOVE YOUR BODY THAT YOU TRULY ENJOY✨️

If you find something you love to do, it makes it so much easier to remain consistent. You don’t have to be perfect at doing it. You just have to enjoy doing it so much that you look forward to doing it again and again.

I tell my clients, "I'll take consistency over perfection 8 days a week!"

I fell in love with kettlebells the first time I used them. I quickly acquired a small family of my own bells and could be found playing with them on ny "rest days" just so that I could improve my skills.

The complex in this video was part of the training block last month. Last month I used double 16kg (35 lb) bells every time I trained this complex. Yesterday, I had some time between clients and decided to try it with double 18kg (40lb) bells. I had already completed my training hours earlier. I just really love moving with bells. It isn't something I HAVE to do. It's something I GET to do.

Find a way you enjoy moving your body and become consistent at practicing that skill! You'll be amazed at the way that practice transforms your body and mind!

Mash-up is a total body anything goes workout designed to be fun and effective. you'll move through a variety or equipment- dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, BOSU, TRX and more keeping your body challenged and mind engaged! A ball of iron has connected me to some of the most amazing people all over the world.

I never take that fact for granted.

Together, we train to become better athletes, better coaches, and better humans. We encourage one another. We challenge one another. We trust one another. We've all faced challenges that we weren't sure we would overcome, and we've known we can turn to one another through it all.

We were never meant to do life alone. We were built for community.

Today, I'm thankful that I found an unexpected window of time to share with these strong coaches for a training session.

Outdoor classes were always my favorite!

So today, we enjoyed Outdoor Kettlebells!

I love being able to bring this modality ANYWHERE! We all loved hearing the birds sing and looking at the buds on the branches above us while we completed our training!

Consistent training requires discipline. Get out of the pattern of requiring motivation, or you'll always rely on an external trigger to get you in motion.

Get intentional about all the benefits your body, mind, and soul can gain from being disciplined . . . And watch the wins 🏆 stack up!

I may be biased, but I know I'm not wrong.

I enjoy a trap bar dead lift, a barbell bench press, and a heavy dumbbell row as much as the next gym-bro. But none of those give you the bang for your buck that comes from the benefits of training kettlebell complexes.

You don't have to ve a certified coach to benefit from training like this. I often introduce kettlebell complexes in my group training classes that include 1st time bell-slingers. The complexes can get more challenging as skill levels increase, but even single bell complexes offer all these outstanding benefits.

If I had to pick ONE exercise to do for the rest of my life, it would be Kettlebell Swings!

This 1 exercise trains strength, power, and endurance. It's the perfect marriage of strength training and cardio. It requires minimal equipment and space and can be done just about anywhere.

Christian Kettlebell Strength Class - Philippians 4:13 is designed for women who want to build physical and spiritual strength among a supportive group!

This weekly fitness class is set to some of today's most upbeat and inspirational contemporary Christian music.

Each week we will start the class with a focus on a section of scripture that encourages us to do hard things when we know He is the source of our strength.

Develop kettlebell skills that we will use in this full-body interval class to work all planes of motion, different energy systems, and multiple muscle groups!

Experience this combination of functional strength training & metabolic conditioning that torches calories and builds physical and spiritual strength!
