✨ Let’s Talk About One of the Most Neglected Areas… the Décolleté! ✨

So many of us invest in facial treatments, and even the neck gets attention—but the chest / décolleté area is often forgotten. This delicate skin shows sun damage, redness, browns, and signs of aging faster than we realize… but the good news is: we have several effective, affordable treatments to revive it!

Here’s what we covered in today’s video 👇

💛 Chemical Peels
A great starting point for anyone with lots of brown pigmentation. Peels help condition the skin and prep it for deeper treatments.

💛 IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
Perfect for treating reds and browns simultaneously. This is what we performed in the video—quick, light-based, and with little to no discomfort. (Our model rated it 0–1 on the pain scale!)
Just a heads up: with very sun-damaged skin, you may see temporary “checkerboard” marks, which even out with 2–3 treatments.

💛 RF Microneedling + Erbium
Another fantastic option for improving texture, softening fine lines, and stimulating collagen for longer-term results.

Heather dropped some pre-treatment wisdom, and honestly… this is the stuff everyone wishes clients knew before walking in the door. Here’s the quick cheat sheet to get the best results (and keep your skin happy):

1️⃣ Come in with CLEAN skin.
No makeup, no residue, no scrubbing session needed. Fresh face = better treatment + less wiping for Heather.

2️⃣ If you're getting filler… expect a bruise.
Totally normal! Your face has lots of little vessels. Want to help reduce bruising?
• Eat or blend the core of a pineapple beforehand 🍍
• Skip ibuprofen, anti-inflammatories, and CoQ10 before your filler appointment

3️⃣ Doing a skin treatment like IPL, chemical peels, radio-frequency microneedling (Pixie)?
STOP your retinol at least 5 days before. Irritated skin + strong treatment = nope.
