Experience a transformative morning of acupuncture and sound immersion, designed to calm your nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and restore inner balance. Acupuncture will be offered in a community-style setting to activate your body’s healing potential, support relaxation, and enhance energetic flow. Sound Immersion will guide you into a deep meditative state through the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. These sound vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and bring the body into harmony. This unique fusion creates a powerful space for grounding, healing, and renewal. Settle in, get cozy, and allow yourself to drift into peace, supported by ancient medicine and sound vibration.
Bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, any pillow or bolster props you wish to use for extra support, a water bottle, and an eye mask - if you have one. Come as you are and leave as you wish to feel—restored, realigned, and radiant.
Fee: $29 for Members/City Residents and $34 for Non-Members/Non-City Residents. Minimum age to participate is 18 years old. Cancellation Policy: No refunds are given unless the spot can be filled by another participant. If the WFFC has to cancel, we will reschedule it or issue a refund.
