Taking a comprehensive childbirth education course will prepare you for the joyous and life-altering experience that is childbirth; classes can help make the birth of your baby an experience that you look forward to and participate in actively and lovingly. Additionally, the support of a birth doula has proven to increase the likelihood of spontaneous vaginal birth and decrease negative feelings about childbirth as well as decrease the use of pain medication, epidurals, and C-sections.
