🌱 Tissue (Cellular) pH
Normal tissue pH: Varies depending on tissue, but generally slightly alkaline (around 7.0–7.2).
Key points:
1    Variable: Unlike blood, tissue pH can fluctuate depending on:
    ◦    Oxygen levels
    ◦    Circulation
    ◦    Inflammation
    ◦    Toxic buildup
    ◦    Diet and lifestyle factors
    2    Influenced by metabolism:
    ◦    Aerobic metabolism (oxygen-based) → produces minimal acid → tissues stay alkaline
    ◦    Anaerobic metabolism (low oxygen) → produces lactic acid → tissues become acidic
3    Site of disease development: Warburg and Dr. Sebi emphasized that cellular/tissue environment, not blood, determines whether disease thrives.
Takeaway: Tissue pH reflects the local cellular environment — oxygenation, mineral balance, and inflammation — and is much more changeable than blood pH.
