Yoga With Waff Meagan provides yoga classes in the Newport News & Hampton community. I have been teaching yoga for five years now to children and adults.

Hi friends, I’m a certified RYT 200 hour yoga instructor who received my certification from Zen Den Yoga School in Boca Raton, Florida. Within the community I teach elementary Physical Education as well. My hope is to share yoga with my community in a way that allows ALL individuals to experience the beautiful connection of mind, body, and soul.

Within the community I teach 6th grade English in Hampton, and am a published poet. My hope is to share yoga with my community in a way that allows ALL individuals to experience the beautiful connection of mind, body, and soul.
