We often call these little lines at the outer corners of the eyes βcrowβs feet.β Theyβre commonly treated with a neurotoxin like Botox, which helps relax the muscles that create them. However, Botox alone can only do so much.
As we age, we naturally lose fat and bone structure in the face. This loss allows gravity to pull the skin downward, which can make crowβs feet more noticeable. In this case, we treated the patient with filler placed high on the cheekbone (zygoma). By restoring volume in the cheeks, we helped support the area and soften the appearance of the crowβs feet.
