The system of Reiki is a spiritual practice that invites people and animals to ๐ง๐๐จ๐ฉ body & mind, ๐ง๐๐ก๐๐๐จ๐ obstacles, ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ง what needs mending, ๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ง authentic purpose and oneness and ๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐ฃ to daily life with mindful presence.
๐Close your eyes. Place one hand on your hara (low belly) and one one your heart. Take three slow breaths. Feel the breath of life fill your body and release it back into the universe. ๐
Small moments connecting our breath, our thought and our body gently bring us back to center, one breath at a time. "Just for today" really is as simple as one inhale and one exhale at a time.
