Here is an updated look at the spring group fitness schedule at Renew Wellness Center, LLC that will begin on Tuesday, May 12th through Schuerer Health! Their group fitness instructor, Bethany, will be teaching the Sculpt classes. These will be a combination of Barre, Yoga and Pilates. Pricing is listed below.

We may have online preregistration later this summer but at this time classes are drop-in only. We are are very excited to be partnering with Schuerer Health’s group fitness instructors to offer these challenging and new classes to the surrounding community. Hope to see you there!

I’m super excited to partner with Scheurer Health and their group fitness instructors to offer more group classes at Renew Wellness Center, LLC! “Sculpt” classes will begin on Tuesday, May 12th at 5:30pm. These classes will incorporate some different but very effective forms of exercise including Barre, Yoga and Pilates. I’m very excited to help offer these to our community!

JP will still be offering his strength circuits on Wednesday at 5pm and Fridays at 12pm through the end of May too! Emily returns from maternity leave on Monday June 1st and will determine if she’ll continue teaching group strength circuits later this year.

Hello all 👋🏻

I have gained some followers recently, so I wanted to reintroduce myself for those who don’t know me personally.

I’m Amber Essenmacher, a Natural Health Therapist, studying to be a Naturopathic Doctor at NITE. I’m from Harbor Beach, MI. I have an associates from Delta College and my bachelors from MSU prior to this continued education.

I’m a wife & mother of 3 small kiddos. My main passions in life include caring for my family, studying/practicing naturopathic medicine, and having fun!

I am focused right now on bringing the Ubly & Harbor Beach communities natural healing sessions such as: muscle testing, psychological kinesiology, craniosacral, reflexology, body work, light healing touch, ionic foot baths, red light therapy, and many natural supplements.

You will catch me sharing things about my school, classes I teach at The TreeHouse in BA, my services, positive quotes, homeopathic remedies, herbs, essential oils, Redmond’s salt, flower essences, health foods, cleanses, supplements, and basically all things natural health!
