This tool is designed to streamline medical scribing, enhance clinical documentation and improve coding accuracy. By reducing administrative burden, this platform helps our providers focus more on patient care — and reclaim time for what matters most, both in and out of the clinic. And the impact has been clear: Our providers using the platform have seen a 41% reduction in documentation time, with 70% reporting a lighter cognitive load and 100% noting improved job satisfaction. Patients are feeling the difference, too — Press Ganey scores have improved across all nine satisfaction categories.
