The American Medical Association (AMA) has released 418 changes to the CPT® code set for 2026, effective January 1, 2026, including 288 new codes, 84 deletions, and 46 revisions across various services. Key updates focus on digital health, such as remote patient monitoring and augmented intelligence (AI) services, as well as updates to codes for hearing devices and leg revascularization.
