What’s your biggest obstacle with eating healthy? 😵‍💫

I make pretty good choices for the most part, but I struggle getting in enough protein.

I started looking deeper into the soup I made yesterday. It has ground Italian sausage with 10 grams of protein per 2oz. and 2 cans of cannellini (navy) beans with 11 grams of protein per 1/4 cup. I’d say that’s pretty good. 😃

Craig Thompson shares:
“Turning 50 last September has come with some changes. I decided to loose weight since I was the heaviest I have ever been. I have lost 60 lbs so far and quit smoking.

Unfortunately in February I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and needed to start taking medication.

Needless to say it was a wake up call. I made it a mission to get my blood sugar in check, eat a better diet, and hopefully be able to get off the medication.

While this was happening my friend Sharon shared with me a product she was using with awesome results. I thought what the heck couldn’t hurt.

Boy was I right! I started it in March and within days my blood sugar started declining then leveled out going anywhere between 115-190 to a consistent 85-91.

I used to lay in bed for what seemed like an eternity with my mind running a 100 miles a minute before falling asleep; now it takes maybe 15 minutes and I am sleeping through the night waking up actually refreshed. Another bonus is my acid reflux disappeared and I went from 6 Diet Cokes a day to now being caffeine free.

But the best news came yesterday; had my 3 month check upon the diabetes. I AM NO LONGER DIABETIC. My A1C went from a 15 to a 5which means I am now pre-diabetic, and if it continues to be under 5 for three months I will be able to stop taking the Metformin.
I am so happy I added these supplements to my diet and exercise routine.
This has been such an easy thing to add to help me get the results I was looking for and this is just the beginning.
