Seems like yesterday that I put myself at the bottom of my list of things to do. Don’t get me wrong, I have no regrets. I loved every minute of my life.

It was after my girls grew up and moved on, that I struggled with “doing for myself”. When your habits have been one way for years, and suddenly you have more time for YOU, its awkward.
