Home Health Aide Needed for Man with Quadriplegia
$16-$20/Hour and $250 Bonus
I am a middle-aged man who needs assistance from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include helping with the following
-transferring in and out of bed
-bed bath
-dressing
-repositioning
-meal prep, serving and cleanup
-sitting up in bed
-draining/cleaning Foley catheter and emptying/cleaning collection bag
-interacting with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Chrome
-writing/reading emails and texts
-making phone calls
-applying/removing muscle stimulator
Requirements
-have own vehicle
-be able to pass FBI clearance check
-be detail oriented and able to follow specific instructions
-have short fingernails
-have received Covid-19 vaccination
-be willing to wear a mask when in the same room as the client
Preferences
-Receiving annual flu vaccination
-Being able to cook
-Being able to work additional hours so that my parents may go on vacation
