Ready to consider where you'll continue your music therapy education after undergraduate training? WB Music Therapy will begin accepting internship applications in January! Interning with WBMT provides students with a well-rounded experience working within early childhood settings, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and even on a farm! Supervision is focused on helping you grow in clinical and practical musical skills. WBMT’s Melanie and Kristyn spent a fun-filled day in NYC with their daughters’ school choir, taking in the sights and the Broadway show “Death Becomes Her.” 🎭🏙 As music therapists and proud moms focused on their families, it’s truly special to see their daughters share the same love of music that inspires their work every day. 💛🎶

You wouldn't beLEAF🍂 what a fun time the kiddos had in Music Fusion with Miss Sarah! 🤩 They worked on patience and self-control as they waited for their song prompt to make the leaves fly in the air with the parachute. They also took turns moving a rain stick in a see-saw motion to make the beads flow from side to side. Early childhood music like this plays a vital role in growth and development during these formative years, and it's also FUN! 🎉 Tender Years, Inc. Child Development Centers

Rachel and Sara had a really special music therapy session this week. Sara was so purposeful in her musical responses and communication by shaking the egg, playing the piano, and vocalizing. But most of all, nothing beats the smile on her face. That is priceless! 😍
