For the past 15 years, as a Mental Health Therapist, I have been working with adolescents and adults that struggle with symptoms of trauma such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, loss of sense "Who I am", low self-worth, and mistrust by helping them find their purpose and their "WHY".

I help clients transform their emotional trauma into their strength. I have successfully helped clients write their stories, that are now books, about their past trauma, as there is power in sharing with others who are in similar situations. I will help you break free from your pain and regain your spark and power.

My focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths. I'm here to empower you to see yourself as a being with a powerful life story. As we embark on your therapeutic journey together, I will always let you take the lead. I won't always have the answers, but I will make a safe space for you to find them for yourself.

This season has been my BIRTHING SEASON and because of him I am forever GREATFUL!! I finally said YES to GOD, as he's been speaking to me for a very long time!

🔥"WHEN GOD MAKES YOU UNCOMFORTABLE, HE WANTS YOU TO GROW" (Amen, Amen, & Amen)🙏🙏
🔥STEP OUT IN FAITH and NOT IN FEAR
🔥When Jesus says COME, "GO and DO IT AFRAID"
🔥Seek ye the KINGDOM and not WORLDY things (I repeat)
🔥Do not follow the ways of the world, follow GOD
🔥STRUGGLE is part of the SHIFT
🔥IF YOU DON'T DISTANCE YOURSELF FROM DISTRACTIONS; DISTRACTIONS WILL DISTANCE YOU FROM YOUR GOAL!!!!!!!!!
For these past couple months I've been on my JOURNEY!! I've had my BLINDERS on and I allowed GOD to direct my path. For he is the HEAD and I am the body....GOD has led me in a direction that he had planned for me (my purpose) THANK YOU HOLY SPIRIT!
This is new beginnings, as I embark on the journey GOD has for me! I have resigned from my Full-Time job and took the LEAP OF FAITH to start my own Private Practice!! As a KINGDOMpreneur, I feel I have a message to share to the world and it is through his works I am going to make it happen!!
I am swimming in SHALLOW💧 waters and GOD is preparing me to PADDLE in the DEEP🌊, as this is HAPPY ENDINGS and NEW BEGINNINGS!!
