💜✨️FLOW - For the Love of Women had the privilege of hosting a powerful education session at River Rock Academy this week. We talked openly about menstrual health, birth control, consent, and so much more. Although they were a little shy these young ladies showed up asking thoughtful questions and engaging with confidence and curiosity.

To make sure every student is supported beyond the classroom, each young lady received her own personal FLOW Box. We also donated menstrual products to the school so that no student has to go without when a need arises.

When we create safe spaces for honest conversations, we help break the stigma and silence surrounding periods and our bodies. This is how change happens.

✨️It was such a great and cold night. I set up a FLOW table outside my house during Trick or Treat and distributed 35 packs of menstrual pads to the young ladies in our community. Some where shy, but very appreciative. The moms were pleasantly surprised and so grateful. Meanwhile, Charles Jennings was the candy man passing out treats.🍬🎃

Menstrual equity is everyday work. We will continue to show up, continue to give, and continue to support with dignity.

🧴 Toiletries: toothpaste, shampoo, soap, deodorant, etc.
🛏️ Bedding: blankets, sleeping beds.
