Join Sharon for a deeply restorative evening blending two powerful healing modalities — Gentle Yoga and Sound Immersion — in one 90-minute class.

We’ll begin with 50 minutes of all-level gentle mat yoga to open the body and calm the mind. Then, settle into an extended Savasana Sound Immersion surrounded by the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, rattles, drums, and other sound tools designed to help release tension and promote deep relaxation.

✨ What to Bring:

Yoga mat and blocks (if needed)

Blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you stay warm and comfortable during the sound immersion (your body temperature may cool)

Water bottle — hydration is important after yoga and sound work

Bolsters are available on-site

Michael Wann is the creator of The Starboard and the revealer of the Susquehanna Mystery. As a researcher and storyteller, he makes the hidden connections between sky, earth, and myth accessible to all.

Access to the wisdom of the heavens is a birthright shared by every human being on Earth. Join Josh each Wednesday for a deep and nourishing sound meditation, where we’ll enter stillness and presence to align our bodies and fine tune our instruments with the support of powerful vibrational tools. From there, you’ll be guided into a meditative soundscape created by healing instruments such as gongs and chimes, inviting deep rest, restoration, and softening into the unseen. This is a time of receiving — a chance to let go, restore balance, and reconnect with the peace within.
