The Independent Living (IL) philosophy that all people with disabilities have the right to choose and fully participate in all aspects of society is the heart of the organization. CILCP's unique services include Independent Living Skills, Information/ Referral, Advocacy, Peer counseling, Youth Transition Services, and Nursing Home Transition.
