I have to say - growing up with my mother's family day care has served me very well in my adulthood, especially now as a therapist-in-training with a few child clients. She had her day care in our home for 32 years! I'm not a biological mother, but I feel like I've done every part except the carrying, birthing, and nursing! I believe that parenthood is the most difficult responsibility in the world! I also believe that MOST times, parents - particularly single mothers (bc oc I'm biased), are doing a much better job as a parent than they think! Keep it up, y'all! Know that if no one else, I SEE YOU, I APPLAUD YOU, AND I AM CHEERING FOR YOU AND YOUR BABIES!!!!!
