There is far more involved in funeral service than most people ever see.
Many only see us standing at the door handing out memorial folders at a funeral. What they donโt see are the countless hours behind the scenes that take place before that moment ever arrives.
They donโt see us out in the middle of the night bringing loved ones into our care. They donโt see the phone calls with doctors, coroners, cemeteries, ministers, insurance companies, newspapers, florists, vault companies, and grave diggers. They donโt see the obituary writing, scheduling, paperwork, preparation work, or the coordination required to make every detail come together.
They donโt see memorial folders, register books, thank you cards, and video tributes being designed, printed, and folded by hand. They donโt see death certificates being filed, military honors arranged for veterans, Social Security notified, or temporary grave markers prepared for the cemetery.
These photos show just one small part of what happens behind the scenes at ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐ฅ.
Funeral service is more than simply conducting a funeral. It is serving families with compassion, professionalism, attention to detail, and care during some of the hardest moments of life.
