The Heart Warriors gathered at Bask Retreat Center for a beautiful Saturday morning during our Tennessee road trip.

A colorful breakfast prepared by our sisters, a visit from a beautiful bird friend, Kirtan, and yoga led by our beautiful Padma Dharmata.

The way these experiences work at a Heart Warrior retreat are all about finding the divine balance of structure and flow. Creating a sacred container with just the right ingredients to allow our feminine essence to guide us.

Bringing my love of the harmonium into this space is such a blessing. To practice vulnerability and true devotion is a gift I desire to keep sharing. Coming together as one sound, one frequency to honor the Divine. A moment in time where we can set the tone for the day and clear away any thought forms that may be there.. we drop out of the mind and into the body.

Exactly the theme for the day, and much of our time together. As we join as women who are so busy during our daily lives having to constantly think about what’s next this was an opportunity for us to practice many modalities that brought us into where the true knowing resides,our body.

We wandered up to the beautiful chrysalis movement space where Padma led us through a morning flow. Taking us into a deep state of awareness within our bodies and opening up ourselves to growth.

A beautiful story I want to share here, I had never met Padma before this trip nor seen the location we would be traveling to.. but my intuition guided me to meet this special woman and commune on this land together. She brought the women from Tennessee… every single one of us were taking a chance in something we had no idea what to expect. Or maybe we did and we had to try again any way

That’s what the common theme was here my friends.. all women who have been out here fighting the battle, warriors of the heart.. and instead of closing up or putting up the shields again we all took a chance at opening our hearts once more, mostly to a group of strangers in a unknown location.

The magic that unfolded in the short amount of time together was nothing short of a miracle.

Time stood still
The land held us
The home nurtured us
As we opened our hearts

We unfolded

Yall I am just coming home, landing, integrating all that I’ve done over the last month. And holy WOW it was absolutely incredible

I am so excited to share with the world all the beauty that took place during the journey of Tennessee road trip.

8 women, a sick kitten, a baby and myself all met early morning in a little no where town in Arkansas to come together all for different reasons but ultimately the same frequency LOVE. We are the heart warriors after all

We traveled 8 hours (probably more) to a beautiful Airbnb about 20 miles from the retreat center. We made ourselves delicious tacos, rested in comfy beds to regroup before welcoming the other 12 women who traveled from 7 different states to gather

Many of the stories told as we all arrived and sat for opening circle were “I have no idea why I’m here, I don’t know any of these women, I’m not really sure why I paid a stranger to travel to a unknown spot”

We may have arrived on that land as strangers, we may have been completely uncomfortable with the enormity that would occur there… but the soul called us to a divine appointment of the heart.

The road trip alone was a experience in working together as women, meeting strangers along the way that saw our open hearts and felt us deeply, caring for a sick kitten and ultimately practicing what it feels like to travel the open road in our feminine flow.

Lots of soul searching conversations, fun pit stops in random places, sweet giggles and just all out fun. We were a whole ass vibe pulling up I must say!!!

As we begin to prepare for our first Heart Warrior retreat on the road I can’t help but remember where it all started

Here are some through back pictures of our first retreat in WestFork Arkansas on a beautiful piece of land

We were strangers in a way, some of us had never met

But after a weekend of full authentic connection we left deeply connected.

You never know what’s waiting to come through as you hold space for other women to drop in to their bodies as you gently whisper to their soul, “you are safe here to be witnessed”

I am in deep gratitude this rise for all of the women who continue to say yes to the Heart Warriors.

Thank you all for the prayers, love, and unwavering support you’ve poured over the newest member of the Heart Warriors

It’s been a long, scary week in the hospital for Birdie, but she turned a beautiful corner overnight, and I’m feeling hopeful that we’ll be heading home soon.

This is what it means to be a Heart Warrior. We rise together. We hold each other. We show up in the moments that matter most—and you have all shown just how powerful that love truly is.

When one of us needs support, the rest rally without hesitation… and that is how we rise together

From the depths of my heart, thank you 🙏

It’s taken me a while to come up with the best version of this.. how I desire us to be seen and what I want to project out into the world

I started with sacred geometry being the base of this design.

Vesica Piscis- represents balance in masculine and feminine. union in duality, heaven/earth, the center of the heart.

Tetrahedron- symbolizing efficient, and, powerful energy radiation.

The green and gold representing the earth mother and the color of the heart chakra and royalty.

I’m very happy with the way this turned out and I can’t wait to see it on our new items like stickers, shirts website 👀 🫢👏
