It's been a busy season, working, traveling, and playing, so I haven't yet posted this. Some of you know my passion for the simple practices of Ayurveda to heal and transform. In June of this year, I finished my second year with Shakti School and graduated from an Ayurveda Health Coach to Counselor.

Hello wonderful, ones! It’s been less than a day and I’m still in heaven from our Yoga Retreat to the Swiss Alps! A piece of my heart is still in Pontresina, but fortunately the energy of the heart is continuously being replenished. ❤️

1980 Shaped my world. When did it happen for you?

It was the summer of 1980 when my parents took my brother and me to England to visit relatives. We got to stay for an entire month, and it was heavenly.
