On this 55th Anniversary of Earth Day, I’d love to share with you two experiences guaranteed to enhance and expand your deep appreciation of this incredible planet. 🌍

In just over five months from now, a merry bunch of friends from  and beyond are heading to the stunning Swiss Alps for a Yoga Adventure like no other in the town of charming town of  .

The clear and crisp air of this transformative part of the planet will delight and dazzle you. Our specially curated adventure will take you on guided excursions to the most magical spots of the region including Muottas Muragl (one of the most beautiful vantage points above the lakes) and Diavolezza with its breathtaking glacier viewpoints.

There will be time for daily yoga and meditation so we can welcome stillness and clarity and immerse our awareness more deeply into the experience, stretch out our bodies, and connect as a group.

Then, in May of 2026, we are taking flight for the Greece Bliss Yoga Retreat and the Island where we’ll stay for a week of simplicity and tranquil seaside bliss. Situated on the seaside of Santa Maria, your soul will merge with the rhythms of the sea.

Most rooms have face the seaside, and the closeness to nature in its rawness and purity creates deeply nourishing conditions for your healing, rejuvenation and self reflection.

Organic gardens supply the majority of ingredients to the on site’s vegetarian restaurant. Other ingredients are sourced locally (on Paros, or wider-Greece) with a low carbon footprint in mind. Meals are prepared based on ancient Ayurvedic principles, emphasizing wellbeing, balance and bliss in the body.

Each meal, you’ll be offered a variety of plant-based dishes, fusing exotic Indian flavors with the tastes and character of traditional Greek cuisine.

Most days, yoga will be offered 2x, to give everyone a chance to move energy and tap into bliss.

Ok, sorry, not sorry. I can hear your audible groans from across my computer screen after that pretty bad attempt at rhyming.

If I promise to avoid that at the retreats, will you come? 😂

But in all honesty...

Our retreats are fun. We make new lifelong friends. We see corners of the world that are wildly different, exotic, and beautiful.

We also take a pause from our everyday lives and soak in spirit and wonder. We get to rejuvenate and replenish ourselves.

If you've never been on a yoga retreat they are absolutely magical. Say yes - and I promise you'll have an incredible time, and I'll try not to rhyme.

If you'd like to join me and a fun group of happy yogis on Sunday, April 20 (tomorrow!) for some yoga, connection, and play, here's an event you might love!

From 10-10:45 am we will be gathering to an easy going yoga class at Sage Bird Cider. Then, we'll stick around and chat and share a sip of yummy cider (or your non-alcoholic beverage of choice.)

Have you ever been at a juncture in your life when you felt stuck or unclear about which step to take next?

Sometimes, the best thing we can do is take one small step that feels right enough and let go of the fear of a mistake.

Aligned action, no matter how small, feels like a yes. The more we pay attention, the more clear we become, unburdened by fear or self-doubt. We become still and feel a senese of spaciousness and ease.

In this moment, the next strep will become clear. Ask yourself: “What am I ready to receive now, and what am I willing to let go of in order to get there so that I may evolve, grow and become more and more free, more and more me?”

Have you ever been on a yoga retreat? It's hard to explain how transformational the experience can be.

Sometimes it's more like a yoga adventure, with scheduled times for extra activities like group snorkeling, hiking, horseback riding, cooking, or wine tasting. We let go of our worries or fears and dive into the enthusiasm of the group. We experience life to its fullest, and always have a yoga practice to connect us as a group and to our environment, ground us, and fill our hearts with gratitude.

And, sometimes our retreats are more about releasing and replenishing. They are more relaxed, with nothing much on the schedule beyond daily yoga (often twice), incredibly nourishing meals, and your choice of ways to completely relax or explore on your own: a massage, a stroll in the woods or by the seaside, a nap, or a bike ride.

Hi my friend,

First let me say, no matter what Valentine's Day looks like for you, I love you.

This annual celebration of love can put pressure on us sometimes - either we feel the need to create the best experience possible for our partner or perhaps we are seeking love outside of ourselves and can't seem to find it.

But what if we could cultivate a deep sense of love every day? Something that comes from the inside and colors everything we see in a rosy shade of beautiful?

Don't get me wrong, we're not going to do this all the time, but let yourself indulge in that which brings you joy, softens your heart, and connects you to an unlimited supply of grace and love that we all share.

Maybe today, you start with yourself.

🌹 Soak in a steamy hot tub with a scent of rose rising up to greet you.
🧴 Rub yourself with a deeply moisturizing and grounding massage oil.
🍫 Savor slowly and intentionally your favorite chocolate dessert.
🌳 Take a walk in the woods and fall in love with nature.
🫕 Take 3 breaths before your meal and give gratitude for the abundance.

💚 Remind yourself that you are worthy of love and devotion, especially from yourself.

And, give yourself the loving gift of yoga. Get into your body and nourish yourself with a short practice, heart-centered practice.
