Hi my friend,
First let me say, no matter what Valentine's Day looks like for you, I love you.
This annual celebration of love can put pressure on us sometimes - either we feel the need to create the best experience possible for our partner or perhaps we are seeking love outside of ourselves and can't seem to find it.
But what if we could cultivate a deep sense of love every day? Something that comes from the inside and colors everything we see in a rosy shade of beautiful?
Don't get me wrong, we're not going to do this all the time, but let yourself indulge in that which brings you joy, softens your heart, and connects you to an unlimited supply of grace and love that we all share.
Maybe today, you start with yourself.
🌹 Soak in a steamy hot tub with a scent of rose rising up to greet you.
🧴 Rub yourself with a deeply moisturizing and grounding massage oil.
🍫 Savor slowly and intentionally your favorite chocolate dessert.
🌳 Take a walk in the woods and fall in love with nature.
🫕 Take 3 breaths before your meal and give gratitude for the abundance.
💚 Remind yourself that you are worthy of love and devotion, especially from yourself.

And, give yourself the loving gift of yoga. Get into your body and nourish yourself with a short practice, heart-centered practice.
