I’m Jess Hoffman, LCSW, and I’m excited to introduce The Nook Therapy Services — a family‑owned, trauma‑informed practice currently in development to serve residents of Blackford County and surrounding communities.

I’m Jess Hoffman, LCSW. I’ve been a practicing clinician for 3 years and have worked in the field of social work for 12 years. I’m excited to introduce The Nook Therapy Services — a family‑owned, trauma‑informed practice currently in development to serve Blackford County residents and surrounding communities.
