We are SO excited to announce our FIRST community event: Self-Care and Self-defense! Saturday, January 24th 12pm-2pm!

Treat yourself to an amazing afternoon filled with music and muay thai! Join us at Thornton Martial Arts and Fitness in East Hartford, CT for music groups and a muay thai class! Adult only and family oriented groups will be available! All ages and abilities are welcomed! This event is free, but you must register in advance using the QR code or link in our bio!

We wanted to give a quick shout out to our Community Outreach Coordinator and Staff Music Therapist, Madison, for completing the Outrun Addiction 5K in September WITH her baby, BG! Race proceeds benefit local addiction awareness groups including Today I Matter, The Alex Fisher Foundation, and TriCircle.
