My go-to hydration drink lately!!

Fresh lemon water with a touch of blue agave simple but powerful.

Lemon juice: supports digestion, helps flush toxins, boosts vitamin C, and supports iron absorption.
Blue agave: adds light sweetness without spiking blood sugar as hard as regular sugar; easier on digestion in small amounts.
Water: hydrates cells, supports metabolism, and helps reduce fatigue.
