There are times when the veil between work-life balance and self-care seems thin. I accomplishesd much today (the original list was unrealistic ) and yet I find myself struggling to let go of the day without the guilt of “needing” to do “more.” These are the moments that require intentionality, self-love, grace, and compassion. On that note, I’m about to watch a few episodes of a new Hulu series. 😉

These are tender times folx, be gentle with yourselves.
