Rainbow Soul CT Rainbow Soul is a resource where community organizers network to encourage diversity through outreach, fundraising, culture, entertainment, and music.

Rainbow Soul CT is a movement where organizers come together to create safe space for people of color through art, dance, food, music, and education. Due to a number of factors such as low income, limited health care access, and other stigmas we make it our duty to stand behind the following ideals. Ending violence, teen pregnancies, and homophobia. Supporting food shares, STI testing, environment, and trash clean up. Embracing the performing arts, open mics, DJ’s, and festival events. Attendees are encouraged to picnic, grill, BBQ, and participate in activities that stimulate positive attitudes in the black community. Including an annual Easter Egg Hunt for families.

Central Connecticut's Gay, Le***an, Bisexual and Trans community joined with the Black Live Matter movement Friday afternoon for a march and rally at the State Capitol and Hartford City Hall. The group protested both the police killings of black people like George Floyd and Breonna Taylor as well as the violence and death inflicted on members of the LGBTQ community, particularly black trans women. Due to a number of factors such as low income, limited health care access, and other stigmas we make it our duty to stand behind the following ideals. Ending violence, anti bullying, and homophobia. Supporting food shares, STI testing, environment, and trash clean up. Embracing the performing arts, open mics, DJ’s, and concert events. Participants are encouraged to picnic, grill, BBQ, and engage in activities that stimulate positive attitudes in the community. Including an annual Easter Egg Hunt for families, annual Meet N Greet with Santa Clause, LGBT pride festivals, school supply fundraisers, and more.
