Dr Dhingra completed his Residency at New York Medical College/Metropolitan Hospital Medical Center. He has been serving the community for almost a decade and is dedicated to his patients. Dr Dhingra has been Clinical Preceptor at University of Connecticut School of Medicine
(U CONN) for last 10 years and is actively involved in teaching of U Conn. medical students and PA students at University of Saint Joseph. He is affiliated with multiple hospitals across the state of Connecticut, which includes Connecticut Children Medical Center, Saint Francis Hospital, Hartford Hospital and Bristol Hospital.
