I infused some of our honey this morning with lemon thyme, homegrown fresh garlic, lemonbalm and some lemon peel. It’s going to be a handy friend as the kiddos go back to school to help fight all of the crud. This type of herbal support, whether as a remedy or preventative, saved mine and my toddlers life during daycare!!!

We will have some for sale Saturday, August 12th at the farmers market. Check us out!

It’s been a little over 2 weeks since we made our fermented garlic paste. How’s everyone’s doing? The first picture above has been fermenting for 16 days and is a brownish color and smells great. The one in the second picture has been fermenting for three days. Did you have any color changes? What about smell? You can allow it to ferment up to 21 days. Let me know who yours is doing!
