Outside of work, she’s a devoted mom to her son Noah, a loving aunt to Cujo, and a daughter who treasures her wonderful mom, Mrs. Betty (whose baking is legendary among coworkers!). Her love of travel, adventures with her family, and enthusiasm for Elvis bring an infectious energy that touches everyone around her.

We’re thrilled to celebrate Dr. Samuel Fareri, OTD, OTR/L, CKTP, Director of Rehabilitation Services, as Outstanding Director of the 4th Quarter at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center!

Sam first joined our team in 2023 as a travel contract therapist, and it didn’t take long for his compassion, work ethic, and dedication to patient care to leave a lasting mark. When his contract ended in 2024, his absence was felt immediately - and when the opportunity arose for a leadership role, his colleagues enthusiastically encouraged him to return. Since stepping into the director position, Sam has continued to inspire through his steady, heartfelt leadership, his passion for advancing therapy techniques, and his genuine care for both patients and staff. Beyond the hospital, he pours the same energy into coaching football, mentoring young athletes, and being a devoted husband and dog dad.
