Men in our community now have access to advanced prostate care close to home. Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center is proud to offer HoLEP, a minimally invasive treatment option for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), also known as an enlarged prostate.

This procedure can help relieve symptoms such as frequent urination, difficulty urinating, nighttime urination, and incomplete bladder emptying - helping patients get back to daily life with greater comfort and confidence.

Performed by Dr. Christopher Fukuda of Carolina Pines Medical Group (CPMG) Urology, HoLEP is one more way Carolina Pines is expanding access to specialized care for the communities we serve. Our CPMG Urology team provides care for a wide range of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system.

We’re grateful for every chance to support our community!

This week, our team spent time packing weekend food bags for DCSD children with Carolina’s Kids - a program that makes sure students have nourishing meals even when school isn’t in session.

For many families, weekends can mean uncertainty, and these bags help bridge that gap with care, dignity, and consistency. We’re thankful for the heart and dedication Carolina’s Kids pours into our community every day, and we were honored to lend a hand in their important work. 🩵
