November is COPD Awareness Month – a time to recognize the millions living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and the challenges they face every day. COPD may be a short name, but its impact is anything but small. If you’ve been diagnosed, regular visits with your primary care provider or a pulmonologist are key to managing your condition. And if you’re experiencing symptoms like shortness of breath, chronic cough, or wheezing – don’t wait. Early diagnosis can make a big difference.

The CPRMC Auxiliary extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported or joined us for the 8th Annual Lights of Love. Surrounded by the glow of love, remembrance, and hope, this year’s celebration was made especially meaningful by our speaker, Dr. Mac Chapman, whose decades of service and dedication have left a lasting legacy on our community.

In the spirit of remembrance and love, Dr. Chapman reflected on the profound influence of his father - a message that beautifully set the tone as his own family took part in this year’s lighting. His wife, Pam, daughter Meredith, son-in-law, Dr. Eric Bonno (our newest CPMG cardiology provider), and their two precious daughters illuminated the Lights of Love tree together, officially ushering in the holiday season!

Thank you to all who came out to honor loved ones, celebrate community, and share in a tradition that continues to shine brighter each year. ❤️🌟
