Many of you may know that we've added more space in our building for our Day Program Services, but did you also know that when not in use for our Day Program, we have opened up this extra space up to the community members to use? 😱
We have approximately an extra 4,000 square ft now in the back of our Day Program that is available for evening and weekend community rental for things such as Birthday parties, graduation parties, retirement parties, vendor events, etc.
All rentals and events can be scheduled through the Compass Activity Center page right here on FB. We'll leave the link to the page below if you or anyone you know is looking for rental space for their special event.

It's Fall Ya'll🍁💛🍂
Everyone loved this craft so we decided to showcase them at our dance last Friday night.
Special thanks to one of our employees Theresa Friedrichsen-Boyer who came up with the idea and thanks to her husband who took the time to cut all of the wood and attach the stems.
Everyone was happy to take their pumpkin home today and showcase it in their own homes. 🍁💛🤎🧡🍂

Compass Direct Services 1st Annual Harvest Moon Dance.🍁🌙🍂 Thank you to everyone who came out to eat, dance, and socialize! We had a great time and we hope everyone else did too!
A special shout out to our phenomenal Day Program Director Melissa Love for coordinating this special evening and a huge thank you to our amazing Day Program employees Kelly, Amy, Theresa, & Marcia who dove in and helped wherever needed!

We are at Woodworkers With Heart today learning more about their program and painting some cars for children while we're here.
A truly magnificent movement providing safety and security to children who once were without a bed to lay on at night.

Just a few of the things we did this week. 💪 We stayed busy working at our day program cleaning 🪣🧼🧹 our newly added day program space.⭐️ We also went out to our Community partners and worked at job sites like Finders Keepers Country Market, and Love Our Community. And we painted more wooden toys for the children at Akron Children's hospital through our community partners Woodworkers with Heart.❤️ And as always there were other fun things out in our communities that we did too like shopping🛒 and eating out 🍝.
We love what we do and your sure to catch us smiling about it too! 😊

Our week so far consisted of many different activities and we wanted to share a few of our favorites. 💙💛
We had a couple different folks that worked hard at Love Our Community and Finders Keepers Country Market.
Some of our friends worked on decorating bags for Compassion Delivered and created some great artwork! Other friends chose to paint wooden cars made by Woodworkers With Heart that will be delivered to kids at Akron Children's hospital. They're becoming quite the creative bunch when it comes to painting these cars because they know kids are going to smile when they get them!
A few of our other favorites are going to parks and enjoying lunch in nature with this beautiful weather we've been having.
And of course we LOVE going shopping!
