In a world that prays on the disembodied human, hijacking the mind with static, worry and distraction it is essential to create space to feel the rootedness of your feet on the ground. Plugging into earth source connection, feeling the heart and listening to its longings. What inspires you? Where do feel most free to be your full conscious soul source self? Where are you plugged into other or external realities expecting them/it to fill your cup? What does it feel like to call ALL of you home into this present moment?
