🌿 Lemongrass Essential Oil

Fresh, citrusy, and clarifying—Lemongrass is your go-to for spring cleansing, clearing mental fog, and getting energy flowing again. With its sharp, uplifting scent, it cuts right through the heaviness of lingering Kapha season.

✨ Benefits:
• Clears mental fog and uplifts mood
• Stimulates lymph flow and detoxification
• Antimicrobial—great for spring cleaning
• Eases muscle and joint tension
• Energizes both body and mind

💧 How to Use:
• Diffuse for clarity and a clean spring scent
• Add to a carrier oil for invigorating massage
• Blend into DIY room or yoga mat sprays
• Always dilute—1 drop per 1 tsp carrier oil

🌿 Ayurvedic Perspective:
• Reduces Kapha: helps break through sluggishness and heaviness
• Supports Vata: warming, gently energizing
• Use with care for high Pitta or in hot weather

How do you like to use lemongrass in your spring routines? Let me know in the comments!

Feeling scattered? Amethyst to the rescue. ✨

This calming crystal is your go-to for clearing mental fog, supporting deep rest, and reconnecting with your intuition. 🧙‍♀️

Linked to the Crown Chakra, Amethyst helps balance excess Vata and Pitta, encouraging clarity, peace, and spiritual connection. 👑

It’s one of my favorite stones to keep close—especially during busy seasons when I need to reset and re-center.

Unlock the healing power of herbal oils!

Herbal oils are more than just skin-deep—especially in Ayurveda!
When applied to specific Marma points (vital energy centers), herbal-infused oils amplify healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

✨ Here’s why using herbal-infused oils (like Brahmi oil) makes such a difference:
• Deeply nourishes the skin and underlying tissues
• Balances the nervous system, promoting calm and clarity
• Enhances energetic flow through the body’s channels (Srotas)
• Carries herbs and essential oils deep into the tissues for greater therapeutic benefit
• Supports detoxification and natural healing processes

In my Marma therapy sessions, I often use herbal-infused oils such as Brahmi oil—a traditional blend of gotu kola and bacopa—treasured for its ability to calm the mind, sharpen focus, and restore prana (vital life energy).

🌼 Feeling a little sluggish this spring? 🌼

As we transition seasons, Kapha can build up—bringing heaviness, congestion, and low motivation. This light and warming Kapha-balancing tea 🍵 is here to help melt away that excess and awaken your senses.

One of the star herbs in this blend is 🌿 Tulsi (Holy Basil)—a powerful adaptogen that supports immunity, uplifts the mood, clears the lungs, and gently stimulates the body without overstimulating the nervous system.

It’s one of Ayurveda’s most beloved herbs for a reason!✨

This tea also includes ginger 🫚 and cinnamon to stoke digestive fire ☀️ (Agni) and helps circulate stagnant energy—perfect for spring renewal!

Sip warm throughout the day to feel lighter, clearer, and more balanced. ⚖️

Your body will thank you!

🌿 In Ayurveda, honey isn’t just food—it’s medicine 🍯

Raw honey is a powerful carrier (anupana) that helps deliver herbs deep into the tissues, enhancing their benefits.✨ With its light, heating, and astringent qualities, it stimulates digestion, supports immunity, and helps balance Kapha dosha. 🪴

Honey 🐝 is also known for its ama-scraping properties, meaning it helps clear blockages, remove toxins, and open bodily channels. This makes it especially beneficial for sluggish digestion or excess mucus conditions. However, Ayurveda warns that honey should never be heated or cooked (above 100 degrees), as this alters its properties and creates toxins (ama) in the body. 💫

For the best benefits, take honey raw—mixed into warm (not hot) herbal teas, drizzled over food, or blended with Ayurvedic herbs like turmeric or triphala. 🍵
