Sometimes we just need something to help us express our truth to the world!

We’ve been ruminating awhile about how to blend a tea that helps express your truth, while supporting the loving kindness and compassion towards others as well as yourself.

A customer and manager of a business I connected with over the summer reached out to me about a week ago, specifically for a Throat Chakra tea blend. This morning, I blended a tea that not only supports throat, vocal cords and thyroid health, but energetically helps to open up communication, with the intention of connecting the heart chakra and throat chakra, which leads to conversations led with love, compassion and understanding for others.

With Peppermint, Spearmint, Licorice root, and Marshmallow Root as the base, sprinkled with Hibiscus, Ashwagandha, and Vervain, this blend is mint forward with earthy tones and a hint of tartness from hibiscus.

I want to take the time to give gratitude to all who supported myself and my business throughout the market season. Though it started chaotic and ended chaotic, it was always a way to connect community members and a step into becoming more active in and around Hastings and surrounding areas.
I am currently working on a few projects throughout the winter to bring you all more tea and holistic wellness to our community. Stay tuned for some exciting new projects and products!
