I ate the cake and ice cream at the birthday party… now what?

Nothing. I’ll go back to my normal routine.

I ENJOYED the moment.
I CELEBRATED with people I love.
I LIVED my life.

Despite being in basketball season, he’s 8 pounds up and still dominating on the court! Bulking during basketball season isn’t easy, but with the right nutrition, smart training, and consistency, progress is inevitable. Proper nutrition can make all the difference in performance and energy levels. Here’s a simple game-day fueling timeline to keep your little athlete at their best!

🍽 3-4 Hours Pre-Game: A balanced meal with carbs for energy and protein for muscle support. (Think: chicken with rice & veggies, oatmeal with nut butter & fruit, or a turkey sandwich with a side of yogurt.)

🥪 90-120 Minutes Pre-Game: A smaller snack with carbs & protein to maintain energy. (Try a banana with peanut butter, Greek yogurt with granola, or a protein smoothie.)
