We are thrilled to welcome Maria Shalygina, LAPC, NCC to our team! Maria is now accepting new clients and brings warmth, professionalism, and clinical excellence to our practice.

She accepts Aetna, Cigna, and Geisinger insurances, as well as self-pay clients. Maria offers afternoon and evening appointments, making it easier for individuals and families with busy schedules to prioritize their mental health.

Maria is not only deeply compassionate and highly skilled, but also fluent in both English and Russian, allowing her to serve a broader and more diverse community with cultural sensitivity and care.

☕ Wellness Wednesday: Running on Anxiety & Coffee? We Got You! ☕
Ever wake up feeling like your brain is running on 3 hours of sleep and pure anxiety? 😅

🧠 Brain: “I’m exhausted, overwhelmed, and questioning all my life choices.”
☕ Coffee: “Shh… just drink, I got you.”

We’ve all been there! But instead of relying only on caffeine and stress to get through the day, try:

✅ A deep belly breath – inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 6.
✅ A quick stretch or walk – movement resets your nervous system!
✅ Drinking water (yes, your brain needs hydration too!)
✅ A 5-minute mindfulness break – close your eyes and check in with yourself.
