The eight-week course pioneered by Jon Kabat-Zinn and the University of Massachusetts Medical School is recognized worldwide as a leading provider for reducing stress, anxiety and the dis-ease of the body. Mindstream supports community leaders with a mental wellness action plan. We welcome collaborators that bring about change through mindful daily living.
