This week’s support group topic is one so many people quietly carry & that’s shame. Shame tells us we are too broken, too damaged or too far gone, but healing starts when we stop carrying those thoughts alone. This group will focus on self-compassion, honesty, connection & learning to separate who we are from what we’ve been through. You are not the worst thing that has ever happened to you, you are not your worst day & you are not beyond healing. 🫶🏼

Please join us for our free weekly Women’s Peer Support Group, a safe, welcoming space for anyone on a healing journey.

We take a holistic approach, blending evidence-based recovery tools with creative activities and supportive peer connection. Using therapeutic art, creative expression and reflection, we help women process emotions, build self-awareness, and find healing in a supportive, casual, fun & safe space. And we always have a drawing for a door prize!

This is a “come as you are” group. You dont have to talk, share, or introduce yourself. Just show up.

All women 18 and older are welcome!

🖤 Whether you’re recovering from substance use, trauma, incarceration, or simply trying to rebuild your life, you are welcome.
🛤️ We honor all recovery paths and meet you exactly where you are.
✨ Your recovery and healing can begin, or continue, right here, with people who understand.

📍 Thursdays at 6:30 PM
408 W Sugarloaf St., Heber Springs
📩 Message us for more info or just show up, we’ll be here!

Let’s walk this path together. You don’t have to do it alone.

Sometimes we get so focused on big goals, big changes, or how far we still have to go that we completely overlook the small victories that are actually carrying us forward. This week in women’s group, we’re talking about “Tiny Wins Still Count” and learning how to recognize progress in the little things: getting out of bed, making the phone call, staying sober another day, setting a boundary, showing up, or simply making it through a hard week. Healing and growth rarely happen all at once, they happen one small step at a time, and those steps deserve to be acknowledged too. 🫶🏼

Don’t forget! Group tonight at 6:30!

Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone & you’re not stuck. When everything starts piling up, it’s easy to shut down or avoid it altogether. This week in group, we’re focusing on how to move forward even when life feels like too much. You don’t have to do everything at once, just one small step in the right direction can change everything. We’ll be talking about simple, realistic ways to break things down, get unstuck, and build momentum again. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, this one’s for you.

This week we are continuing our discussion about pouring from an empty cup, the exhaustion that comes from living in survival mode and constantly giving to everyone else while neglecting ourselves. So many women in recovery & trauma healing are used to carrying the weight of work, family, relationships & crisis until burnout starts to feel normal. We’ll be creating space to talk about emotional exhaustion, guilt around rest, and what it truly looks like to begin refilling our own cup in healthy ways, because healing means recognizing that our needs matter too. 🫶🏼

We had a wonderful support group tonight! We talked about healthy relationships and how our past trauma can affect our present & future relationships, whether it’s a romantic relationship, a friendship or a work or social dynamic. After our discussion we did an art therapy project where we identified all of our valuable qualities we bring to each of our relationships, by naming those positive qualities we start to understand our worth and set our standards higher and our boundaries firmer bc we are worth it 😊 Please join us next Thursday!
