This week’s support group topic is one so many people quietly carry & that’s shame. Shame tells us we are too broken, too damaged or too far gone, but healing starts when we stop carrying those thoughts alone. This group will focus on self-compassion, honesty, connection & learning to separate who we are from what we’ve been through. You are not the worst thing that has ever happened to you, you are not your worst day & you are not beyond healing. 🫶🏼
Please join us for our free weekly Women’s Peer Support Group, a safe, welcoming space for anyone on a healing journey.
We take a holistic approach, blending evidence-based recovery tools with creative activities and supportive peer connection. Using therapeutic art, creative expression and reflection, we help women process emotions, build self-awareness, and find healing in a supportive, casual, fun & safe space. And we always have a drawing for a door prize!
This is a “come as you are” group. You dont have to talk, share, or introduce yourself. Just show up.
All women 18 and older are welcome!
🖤 Whether you’re recovering from substance use, trauma, incarceration, or simply trying to rebuild your life, you are welcome.
🛤️ We honor all recovery paths and meet you exactly where you are.
✨ Your recovery and healing can begin, or continue, right here, with people who understand.
