Exploring Asana, Pranayama and more! Hey there fellow yogis! I just recently moved from Colorado to out East and I love it!

My name is Jess and I am the yoga teacher at Seven Moons Wellness Shop in Hedgesville, West Virgina. I want to share a bit of my story of why I teach yoga. Back in my early twenties, I found myself in a time of unawareness. I felt like I was completely out of my body. This was due to all the trauma that my life has endured. Long story short, I found yoga as a huge healing tool in my life. From death, to ending of relationships, friendships, moving, covid. Yoga was what helped me stay grounded in times of chaos. I studied Hatha Yoga for ten months after my dad died in March of 2020. At first, my studies were to deepen my spiritual practice, to help me heal. But as time went on, I decided I wanted to share this story, this beautiful tool with others. Yoga is a way of life, a philosophy, a practice. I am excited to share this beautiful tool with beautiful people.
