I’ve been working incredibly hard this past year juggling supporting us, caring for my health, and showing up fully for my clients. This prize would allow me to continue doing that from a place of stability while also helping me start my daughter’s college fund. Many of you know how talented she is; she deserves every chance to keep her dreams thriving. ✨

This right there ☝️ is why I spend so much time helping clients strengthen their relationship with themselves.
Because when you become the right person for you, your self-worth expands and everything else follows.

When your self-worth grows...

and last but not least, your self-respect!

And those are necessary to transform how you show up for your mental, emotional, and physical health.

There’s a difference between having discipline and being disciplined.

Having it is selective.
It’s conditional and it depends on how you feel.

But when you are disciplined, how you do anything is how you do everything.
And everything you do you show up at a thousand percent!

You have to be willing to do the uncomfortable things consistently that you don't want to do.

It’s not easy, I know. But you'll never regret showing up for yourself.
