What are your values?
A lot of the work I do with clients involves helping them identify and reconnect with their values through tangible exercises and deeper self-reflection.
š« Not surface-level goals.
š« Not what they think they āshouldā value.
Their actual core values.
Because a lot of emotional distress comes from living disconnected from what genuinely matters to us.
People often think theyāre struggling because they ālack motivationā or āneed more discipline,ā but many times theyāre emotionally exhausted because their life, habits, relationships or routines are out of alignment with their values.
Values also act as a compass š§
They help guide decisions, create motivation, strengthen boundaries and give people a clearer sense of direction when life feels overwhelming or stagnant.
You donāt have to have everything figured out...but understanding what truly matters to you can change the way you move through life.
