The first step of coming out of winter stagnation is to lubricate joints & nourish the flexibility of the sinews. Spring Qi Gong practice also helps to ensure that the Yang Qi of the season rises smoothly, which in turn helps to quell mental frustration. Spring is a time to replenish our Energy system, release emotional stress, and prepare for new beginnings.
