So my beautiful wife has been taking this collagen product for a while now and absolutely loves it! Her and her friends have nothing but great things to say about it...She kept telling me I should be using it as well. I kept asking her why, I mean with my perfect skin and all🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

KEFIR. Thanks to an amazing patient, I have been able to make our own kefir. So high in probiotics. Taste a little sour but I love it with a little blueberries added to it.
