Our Story
Trails Momentum was created to serve young adults ages 18-25 with anxiety, depression, technological dependence, and other issues by helping them transition to independence, increase their confidence, and find new direction.
At Trails Momentum, we help young adults move forward. In our supportive community, we provide the tools and experiences that allow young adults to discover their passions, develop their resilience, and determine their next steps. Along the way, they’ll learn to engage with their environment, strengthen their sense of self, set goals for themselves, and be more independent.
