It’s been a year. One year since Hurricane Helene. And while so much has changed, we are still here..:for you.

And we thought today might be a good day to reintroduce ourselves.

Like you, we’ve experienced so many ups and downs post Helene. But through it all we’ve been able to continue to share this healing medicine.

We are now located in the Laurel Park neighborhood at 1620 Brevard Road inside suite 10. We share the space with YAM (Yoga and Massage).

It’s been a beautiful collaboration. And we look forward to many years in this space.

As practitioners, our goals remain the same — to offer an integrated, anatomy-based approach to acupuncture.

Using the Classical channel systems, Five Element theory, palpatory techniques and Microsystems, we strive to offer personalized treatments that work.

We are a group of highly trained, doctoral-level, licensed acupuncturists dedicated to your health.

Happy ♥️ day!

From the TCM perspective, the heart is classically referred to as the “emperor” of all the systems in the body including the mind-body connection. By its job of governing the blood (cardiovascular), it oversees body, mind + spirit functions.

It governs the intelligent processes of the cells and ensures the organs are working in harmony. Each time blood circulates through the heart and the body, the heart takes note of what’s happening and adjusts its rhythm accordingly.

TCM upholds the heart as the center of all conscious processes. Think of it as a large magnetic field that’s like the sun in a solar system influencing all other plants (or organ systems in the body).

It holds a potion of honor and should be tended to with care. Take time today, especially, to engage in activities that “make your heart happy.”

So….if you are able to see this, yay! You have internet and maybe power?

We want to let you know that we are closed for now due to flooding. We took on a lot of water + mud.

We will keep you posted as best we can!

There’s a saying lots of yoga people are familiar with — “no mud, no lotus.”

ie…you have to slog through the mud, rise up out of it so the blooming can happen.

We are ALL up to our necks in it right now.

We want you to know our hearts go out to each and every one of you and our prayers are heart felt.

The hope is that beauty will bloom…soon.
