**Terms and Conditions for Suds Your Duds Laundry Service**

**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By using Suds Your Duds services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

**2. Right to Refuse Service**
Suds Your Duds reserves the right to refuse laundry services for any reason, including, but not limited to:
- Evidence of pests (e.g., roaches, bed bugs, etc.)
- Presence of bodily fluids (e.g., blood, vomit, urine, etc.)
- Paraphernalia or illegal substances
- Excessively dirty or soiled clothing
- Biohazardous materials or anything considered hazardous

If any of the above conditions are found, we reserve the right to refuse the laundry and return the items to the customer.

**3. Additional Fees**
In cases where laundry is refused due to the conditions mentioned above, a $50 fee will be charged for the handling and returning of the items.

**4. Item Condition**
All laundry should be checked for damages, stains, or excess soil before being brought to Suds Your Duds. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to clothing, including but not limited to fading, wear, or shrinkage.

**5. Handling of Items**
While we take the utmost care with all laundry, Suds Your Duds is not liable for any damages, loss, or theft that occurs during the process of washing, drying, or delivery of items.

**6. Delivery and Pickup**
Customers are responsible for ensuring their laundry is available for pickup or delivery at the scheduled time. Any additional costs due to missed pickups or deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer.

**7. Payment**
Suds Your Duds accepts Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash App. You will be given the total cost for your service prior to delivery. This must be paid before the delivery is complete. No exceptions.

**8. Personal Property**
Customers must ensure there are no valuable or irreplaceable items (e.g., money, jewelry, electronics) in the laundry. Suds Your Duds is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items in the laundry load.

**9. Changes to Terms**
Suds Your Duds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided on our website or through other communication methods.

Merry Christmas! These past few months haven’t been easy for us here in WNC, but our community is resilient. I’ve watched neighbors band together since Helene hit and I’m thankful to have had the privilege to be able to contribute to the relief efforts. I hope you’ve all had a blessed holiday season. Hi everyone! I’ve had some changes in my policies that I want to highlight so that everyone is aware going forward.

🧺I will be adding a $5 fee for checks.
🧺Pickup + Delivery fee for Asheville is now $10 flat instead of $5. Hendersonville addresses are still $5.
🧺Turnaround time will vary based on how many loads you have. I will get it back to you as soon as possible, but it could be up to 2-3 business days for larger loads.
🧺If your laundry consists of solely “small linens” (barber towels, microfiber cloths, dish towels, etc) the rate will not be by the pound. It is .30/item.

Please understand that I am my only employee. I run this business by myself! I love what I do, and it’s because of how wonderful all of my clients are! Not many people know that I’m a one-woman show. I do all of the social media postings, messages, pickups, deliveries, washing, drying, and folding. Please keep this in mind when it comes to my response time and scheduling. 🧺 FAQ 🧺

🤔:What are your prices?
👩🏻‍💼:$1.50/lb for household laundry excluding heavy linens!

🤔: Can you stain treat?
👩🏻‍💼: Absolutely! Please separate all items you need stain treated before pickup! I do stain treat spots that I notice, but separating them ensures nothing gets overlooked!

🤔: Can you hang items for me?
👩🏻‍💼: I sure can! If you provide your own hangers, there’s no additional charge for this! Otherwise it’s .15/hanger!

🤔: Do you have a minimum? Or maximum?
👩🏻‍💼: I have a 10 pound minimum, and no maximum! Please note that if your order is more than 2 baskets, it may prolong my service turnaround to 48 hours.

🤔: How do I know what my laundry weighs?
👩🏻‍💼: You can use any scale! Try weighing yourself holding the laundry, then subtract your weight without the laundry! I use a professional laundry scale, but this will give you a close idea!

🤔: Can you wash my comforter and quilt?
👩🏻‍💼: Yes! Twins are $15, full/queen is $20, and king is $25! These are pricier because they are washed in an industrial machine, and they require special care!

🤔: What areas do you service?
👩🏻‍💼: Henderson County for the most part! My pickup & delivery fee is $5 flat for all Henderson County and South Asheville residents! I’m willing to come to other areas, but the pickup fee will go up according to mileage!

👩🏻‍💼: I’d love to help! Please let me know which items, and what they need!

🤔: Can you separate the laundry by household member?
👩🏻‍💼: Yes! I organize the folded laundry piles by person!
